Shoe boxes should be protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is considered part of the product and any damage to it could result in the return being refused.
We recommend using a traceable/ insured service for returns.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the return transit.
Items returned from outside the UK must have 'Returned Goods" clearly marked on the outside of the packaging in order to avoid any custom charges. We are not responsible for any custom charges made.
If you wish to return goods claiming that they are faulty/ defective please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the issue with the goods. Please attach supporting photos. We will reply and advise you of the returns procedure.
